COMP360 psilocybin therapy operates within a structured clinical framework that is meaningfully different from conventional psychiatric care. Preparing to deliver it requires coordinated attention across multiple domains — clinical and operational infrastructure, legal and regulatory compliance, insurance, financial planning, staff training, and patient screening protocols.
There is significant preparation involved before a practice is ready to deliver this therapy effectively. We help clinic owners and administrators understand exactly what that preparation looks like, and build the systems to get there.
Our work is practical and process-driven. We assess where your clinic currently stands, identify the gaps, and walk alongside your team through each stage of readiness.
