Just as the laboratory bench symbolizes her educational roots, her journey has extended further, blending clinical excellence with strategic mindset, and entrepreneurship with artistry.

Stephanie’s career began in the clinical setting with a notable tenure in Intensive Care Pharmacy, studying brain injuries. She then spent 6 years in medical devices at Johnson & Jonson as a Clinical Specialist, supporting physician customers and KOLs.

Stephanie is a creative at heart and the co-founder of music label and artist collective, Public Secret. She has also ventured into creating communities centered around, philanthropy and the fantastic world of fungi.

Chelsea is a Community & Partnerships Manager and Brand Strategist empowering grassroots psychedelic and wellness brands to expand their influence, build evergreen communities, and drive meaningful engagement. With a background in clinical trauma research and expertise in social marketing, she’s worked with industry-leading wellness and psychedelic brands.

Outside of work, she shares a joyful life with her partner, and their three quirky cats, finding grounding in rest, play, and the wisdom of nature. She feels most alive in movement—whether dancing, skiing, or teaching yoga. A lifelong creative, she explores everything from photography to jewelry-making, and is deeply committed to people, the planet, and grassroots efforts that transform care into meaningful change.

With over 15 years of industry experience, Ilan has been involved in securing funding for cannabis and psychedelic science initiatives and research projects across Canada. As a fundraiser for McGill University's Faculty of Medicine and an Advisor to the Therapsil advocacy, policy, and education non-profit, he has contributed to navigating policy and securing funding for academic and clinical collaborations, advocating for patient rights, and fostering international partnerships with institutions and groups such as Johns Hopkins University, UCSF, MAPS, and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.

Kim brings her systems-thinking mindset to support visionary projects. She plays a key role in cultivating strategic partnerships, designing transformational retreat experiences, and guiding aligned brands toward meaningful impact. Her approach blends operational insight with deep reverence for healing, ritual, and planetary stewardship.
Kim is a consciousness expansion advocate and entrepreneur. Her career began in Washington D.C., where she worked for DoD and US State Department contractors designing clean energy, environment, water, and natural resources management programs for sustainable and resilient livelihoods in developing countries. In 2021, Kim pivoted to serve as Director and Partner of Trailblazers Presents, a pioneering retreat series and community of policy makers, scientists, brands and entrepreneurs across the cannabis and psychedelics industry.

Kim is a Certified Reiki Master, and a meditation and ceremonial guide for over 10 years. She hosts and designs retreats geared for cognitive liberation from the binary mind. Kim is a heart based, passionate seeker and creator.

Jennifer contributes to clinician-facing projects in the fields of mental health, psychedelics, and plant medicine. She helps translate cutting-edge research into accessible, ethical, and evidence-informed practices—supporting providers in delivering safe, grounded, and transformative care.
As the founder of Resonate Health, Jennifer has created a conscious clinical model. Utilizing an integrative approach, she focuses on supporting individuals as they bring their bodies back into balance.  With over 14 years of clinical experience, with five devoted to psychedelic medicine, she has mastered the most efficient and effective way to clear the narratives impeding a happy and healthful life.  She has an intimate relationship with psychedelic molecules and their impact on empowering individuals to heal themselves.
