The Women's Health Toolkit by GALILEA®

Stephanie Karzon Abrams, Clinical neuropharmacologist | Clinical Director Mystic Health | Founder, Beyond Consulting & GALILEA| Research Director, Microdosing Collective 501c3

A growing toolkit of clinical resources for providers building hormone-aware, psychedelic-informed care provided by the GALILEA Team.

Access the toolkit HERE

This toolkit exists because the clinical infrastructure for hormone-aware care shouldn't have to be built from scratch by every provider who wants to offer it.

What's here was developed for providers of care of all kinds to women. Each resource is designed to be immediately usable — in intake, in session preparation, in the moments where clinical judgment needs a structured scaffold.

The toolkit currently includes:

The Galilea® Women's Health Addendum, a comprehensive intake form covering current life stage, menstrual and cycle history, PMDD screening with DRSP reference, fertility and reproductive planning, postpartum health, and hormonal history. Designed for use by integrative health practitioners, mental health providers, psychedelic-assisted therapy facilitators, coaches, and Eastern medicine practitioners.
Use it as a whole or choose what you like from it!

The Medication Tapering Flag Sheet, developed for the CIIS Psychedelic Frontiers in Women's Health course. A therapist reference covering scope of practice during psychedelic-assisted therapy tapering — what stays in the therapist's lane, when to pause and consult, and when to stop and escalate, with language guides for each scenario.

The GLP-1 Flag Sheet, covering intake screening, session expectations, and clinical considerations for clients on semaglutide, tirzepatide, and related GLP-1 receptor agonists. Addresses the specific pharmacokinetic interaction with psilocybin absorption and how to manage delayed, staggered onset.

The Life Stage Inquiry Guide, a preparation session conversation guide organized by hormonal archetype — the Maiden, the Mother, the Crone, and the Wise Woman — with opening prompts, deeper follow-up prompts, hormonal context for each phase, and session notes on optimal windows for therapeutic work.

The Cycle Awareness Toolkit, covering prospective daily symptom tracking, cycle phase identification, and clinical application of cycle data in integrative and psychedelic-informed care.

New resources are added as they are developed. If you are building a women's health program and need something that isn't here yet, the Galilea® Method is where bespoke clinical program design lives.
