The Science, the magic, and everything in between!
I had a great afternoon with Kat Walsh, discussing recent research projects I collaborated on, and the various applications of psilocybin, and psychedelics that I am most interested in; touching on a variety of powerful and legal plants to supplement with to improve wellness, athletic performance, achieve flow state, and balance hormones.

Currently living in Southern California, I hail from the vibrant city of Montreal, and am deeply connected to my Egyptian and Greek roots. Montrealers are lovers of life and possess an innate knack for indulging and relishing in the finer things. Perhaps this is a product of my ethnic roots and upbringing in a city like Montreal; for as long as I can remember, I have possessed a curious blend of left-brain and right-brain traits: a scientist and an artist, a lover of luxury yet equally practical, a rational thinker and very emotional being, studious by nature, but also an ardent devotee of the dance floor.
